Return policy

Your legal right to cancel an order placed by returning goods is regulated by the legislation in force, namely Emergency Ordinance no. 34 / 2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts. The return can be made within 14 calendar days from the date you took possession of the order and it is necessary to take into account the instructions below.
All our products benefit from a guarantee of conformity according to the legal provisions and are also subject to our commercial conditions.
You can benefit from this legal right if the conditions stipulated below are met.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns without original packaging and a copy of the invoice. We will not credit products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective box to prevent damage during transport.
The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the delivered product is defective or incomplete, or the product is not the one on which the order was placed.
Returned products must be accompanied by the label
All products must be returned in the quality level in which they were received, with all accessories and in the original packaging
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on specially customized products!
To establish the conditions for returning the product, contact us at the e-mail address: szabo.eva@storyshop.ro, please specify the reason why you are returning the product together with a picture of the visible defect (if it is possible to photograph ).
The money is returned to the bank account within 14 days from the date of the return request.
